How does it work?
Request a visit with a doctor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by web or mobile app. If you want to see the doctor, choose “video” as the method for your visit. Feeling camera shy? Choose “phone”. Got a busy schedule? Request a visit when it is convenient for you during the day, evening or in the middle of the night.

How do I add my family to Doc2Go?
As the primary account holder, once you’ve created your profile on Doc2Go, you can manage your dependents from your account. Select “My Account” to manage your dependents. Dependents over the age of 18 will need to create their own profile. There will be a link to “send invite” next to their name. Once the invitation has been sent, the dependent will be able to create their profile.
Does Doc2Go have an age requirement?
You must be at least 2 years of age to be seen by a doctor on Doc2Go.
How much does it cost?
If Doc2Go is available through your employer-provided insurance, visits range from $0 – $49 depending on your insurance. Check with your employer for more specific information.
If you are purchasing Doc2Go directly, we offer 6-month memberships for individuals ($60), couples ($117) and families ($168). You will be charged quarterly for the 6-month membership (half at the time of purchase and the balance 3 months later). Upon purchase, there is a one-time enrollment fee of $10. Once you’re registered with Doc2Go, there will be a $10 co-pay for each visit. Family memberships include up to 5 members. The cost of a 6-month membership will increase by $30 for each additional family member.
Do I talk to real doctors?
Yes. Through Doc2Go you will talk to actual doctors who are U.S. board-certified internists, state-licensed family practitioners, and pediatricians licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. and living in the U.S. When you request a visit, Doc2Go will connect you with a doctor licensed in your state.
What are some of the common conditions Doc2Go treats?
Common conditions include:
• Sore throat and stuffy nose
• Cold and flu symptoms
• Bronchitis
• Allergies
• Pink eye
• Poison Ivy
• Urinary tract infection
• Respiratory infection
• Sinus problems
• Ear infection
• And many other non-emergency illnesses
Can I request a particular doctor?
You cannot request a particular doctor. Doc2Go is designed to support your relationship with your existing doctor. It is not a means of establishing an exclusive relationship with a Doc2Go doctor. All Doc2Go doctors are U.S. board-certified, state-licensed and go through rigorous training and credentialing.
Can I use it for my family?
This varies depending on your insurance. Most plan designs allow you to use the Doc2Go service for you, your spouse and your dependents. Check with your employer for more information.

Can I get a prescription?
Doc2Go does not guarantee prescriptions. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. Doc2Go doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Also, non-therapeutic drugs such as Viagra and Cialis are not prescribed by Doc2Go doctors. Provide your pharmacy information in your Doc2Go account, if the doctor decides a prescription is appropriate they will send the prescription to your preferred pharmacy.
How are prescriptions sent to the pharmacy?
Doc2Go does not dispense prescription drugs. If the doctor prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically (SureScripts) or by phone to the pharmacy of your choice. You can update your pharmacy information at anytime in your personal profile.
Is my electronic health record kept private?
Health records are kept completely private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.
Can I call Doc2Go outside of the United States?
Doc2Go visits are currently only available within the United States.
