Who will handle pre-authorization for my imaging?

Lumina will work with your referring provider to ensure all pre-authorization requirements have been met prior to your appointment.

Can I schedule my appointment online?

No. At this time you must call Lumina to schedule an appointment. We hope to add that feature in the near future. Please call 440-592-6060 to schedule your appointment.

Why do I have a Lumina MyChart Account? How do I access it?

You can use your Lumina MyChart account in three convenient ways:
  • To review your scan reports
  • To view billing
  • To communicate with Lumina
To access your Lumina MyChart account, visit and login using the credentials created upon check-in at your appointment. If you have MyChart from MetroHealth, The Cleveland Clinic or Mercy Health, nothing more is needed. Your report will appear in your same MyChart account.

Why do I have a PowerShare account? How do I access it?

You use the PowerShare account to access and view your images, only if you want to see them. If you created a PowerShare account upon check-in at your appointment, you can login here:
