Who will handle pre-authorization for my imaging?

Lumina will work with your referring provider to ensure all pre-authorization requirements have been met prior to your appointment.

Can I schedule my appointment online?

No. At this time you must call Lumina to schedule an appointment. We hope to add that feature in the near future. Please call 440-592-6060 to schedule your appointment.

Why do I have a Lumina MyChart Account? How do I access it?

You can use your Lumina MyChart account in three convenient ways:
  • To review your scan reports
  • To view billing
  • To communicate with Lumina
To access your Lumina MyChart account, visit mychart.luminaimaging.com and login using the credentials created upon check-in at your appointment. If you have MyChart from MetroHealth, The Cleveland Clinic or Mercy Health, nothing more is needed. Your report will appear in your same MyChart account.

Why do I have a PowerShare account? How do I access it?

You use the PowerShare account to access and view your images, only if you want to see them. If you created a PowerShare account upon check-in at your appointment, you can login here: powershare.luminaimaging.com.

All of our facilities do have off-street parking available. Please contact your Lumina Imaging Center for more detailed information.

How does Lumina determine pricing for imaging services?

It's a flat fee pricing structure. There are no facility fees, hidden costs or unexpected charges.

How do I share images or reports with other healthcare providers?

Call Lumina and provide the contact information for the healthcare provider and we will send the images and reports directly.

How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill directly at the time of service, or we will bill you for your portion of services rendered.

How much does a CT/MRI cost?

Our pricing before insurance is:
  • CT/CT with contrast: $350/$400
  • MRI/MRI with contrast: $700/$750

Can I pay at Lumina (cash, credit card, check)?

You can pay with cash, credit card or personal check at the time of service.
